What's in this Catalogue?
This cataogue contains over 12000 low-resolution images which have been security
marked, but are usable for dummies and presentations. The terms of our license (see
Images for Layout Agreement) apply to all images in
the catalogue.
How can you use the images in this catalogue?
You may only use the photographic images and data in the following ways:-
- To view the images
- To use for layout and internal presentation
- To create documents for client approval
What is Derivative Work?
A derivative work is anything derived from an original, or several originals.
If your design work involves manipulation of photographs – shrinking, retouching,
stretching, darkening, lightening, tracing, copying or adding to other images,
usage of original as reference for other work, or in any other way changing the
original, you may be creating what is considered a Derivative Work. Under copyright
laws, the creator of the original work also owns the copyright to all works derived
from the original. Therefore if all or part of your work is recognized as having
been derived from the original photograph(s) you do not own the copyright to the
original or derivative work. In order to negotiate rights for derivative work,
simply contact Kevan Way Photography.

without written permission from Kevan Way Photogaphy. The copyrights on all images
are held by Kevan Way.
Watermarking
All images are protected by a watermark. The watermark may not be removed from the
images. Removing the watermark would constitute a copyright infringement.
Usage Rights
These images are licensed only for in-house use in comps. For any other use, including
the web or other digital media, you need the written permission of Kevan Way Photography.
You may not place copies of the images on electronic bulletin boards for general access.
You may not sell, publish, license or otherwise distribute any of these photographs
without written permission from Kevan Way Photography.
Obtaining Usage Rights
When you find an image you would like to use for purposes other than the permitted
comp use, you can quickly obtain reproduction rights. Please contact Kevan Way

Using the images
The way desktop publishing applications deal with JPEG files varies, so I recommend
copying the images you need to your hard disk and converting them to TIFF using an
image editing application such as "Adobe Photoshop".
The images on this site belong to Kevan Way and are protected by international
copyright. When you use the site you are bound to accept the terms and conditions
set out in the Images for Layout Agreement and
the Image Usage Rights Agreement.
